My wife has a 9700 Bold and i want to sync her email using outlook/entourage on a mac. When i use her mac.com email on my apple mail app she only has an in box on the bold even so it works but i want more folders to show like her desktop app. How can i do this on the handset and make it match the desktop so when emails come in she can routwe to folders or delete. Also which version of office do i need to do this ? i'm thinking of getting office 2011
