I don't use the normal contacts under Outlook contact area. Instead we have created a set of contacts accessible by more than one that is a public set or a set that is listed under public and favorites--this resides on a network server which has exchange. Is there a way to tell the Blackberry Curve 8330 to look at that address for contacts instead of looking at the typical address of Outlook: Contacts.
If there is an independent program to use with Blackberry that would work too. I used to use KeySuites with my Treo 700p.
We usually just push the information one way to the Blackberry but each would want to sync the information to have new contacts available.
I temporarily copied the contacts but feel this will lead to possible problems and is more time consuming.
