    Any one have steps on converting bb phones using BIS today to swich over to a new BES ??
    Want to know if users need to call their providers for this change or if anyone has a step by step doc. Thanks

    Users will need to call their providers and make sure they are on the BES data plan.

    BlitzedATL is right. In addition, the BES admin can then add them to the server...
