I think they want to name it classic to attract all the people that got turned off of all the 'changes' from bb10.

Technically they are changes bc it's an entirely new OS, but labelling it a classic device will bring some people back... hooefully

If I were Blackberry I would wait until the device has been reviewed & IF it can pass muster then stamp BOLD on it.....
...If they produce this phone and it ends up being another Rick Roll Blackberry will just compound it's prior errors.
...If they can't figure out how to get Netflix and the other popular apps on it they should really just bag it.

Classic is good for what its supposed to be, I guess its basically the "Original" or "standard" BlackBerry.

John chen mentioned before its for the power users and BBOS die hards.

So why not call it "Bold" as well? Or BlackBerry "tycoon" ;-)

BB classic should have a better name, for example, BB classic+ or classic plus. It deserves a better name to convey what it really is.

For once that they use a real name instead of an ugly combination of letters and digit you want tot change it??!?!??

The word Classic represents perfectly what that model needs to be.. I like it and it is really suited for this new device

By looking at it soon, we will know it is a classic model with reintroduction of BELT. It seems a continuation of the bold series, thus I suggest we name it BOLD 10!
