Hi guys........sorry in advance if this is a dumb question. Can I put a 1500mAh battery in my Curve 8520? (Bold 9700 battery) Much thanks!

Yes both phones use the 1500mah battery.

the battery for the 9700 will not fit in a 8520

i see darth vader can help with this. take his light saber to shrink the 1500 mAh battery to make it fit into 8520. may the force be with you.

the 8520 comes with a 1150mAh not a 1500. Aren't all BB batteries the same size?

Nope, in fact, most of them have different sizes.
83xx and 85xx use the same ones.
