I have a Blackberry 9100 and last night updated 'LiveProfile'. Followed instructions to reboot and now its stuck on the white screen with the BB logo. I have tried a few battery pulls and no change and i have even left it for a few hours to see if any change, but nothing.
I need some help on this as i am a novice on the BB and cant lose the things on my phone.
Hmm looks like your entire OS is screwed up. I may be wrong but try connecting your device to your computer and try deleting or removing the OS on you phone. Find an online tutorial for this. If that doesn't happen then I can't help you sorry. If it worked then please PM me!

You could try booting into safe mode and then delete it. Hopefully your bb will boot up after the uninstall, then you can download it again. Press and hold alt-right shift-delete to reboot, press and hold the "back arrow" or escape key until it boots up. Good luck.
