    I'm assuming (perhaps foolishly) that BB10 will be able to support electronic credit cards like those mentioned in the title via an android port. Does anyone have any data on this one way or the other?

    The technology seems really cool for what it's worth.

    No, you will not be able to use NFC thru the Android Runtime in that sense.

    There are native apps that allow NFC payments, most of which are native banking apps (in Canada Scotiabank has a mobile wallet, so does Rogers with their Suretap, and Tim Hortons with their Tims Card, as I'm sure other institutions do)
