Each time I charge my phone, I get this message.

"To charge your device faster, use the charger that came with this device. "

I am using the original charger, the same charger I've used for the last five months, without the above message showing up. This only started happening 3 days ago.

Has anyone had the same problem? If so, did you manage to solve it?

Try the cable with a difference adapter or source, or try the adapter with a different cable.

I had this as well - turns out I wasn't using the BlackBerry USB cable - swapped it in and had no issue going forward.

I am using both the original charger and cable. This also just started happening when I charge my Z10 with the BlackBerry battery pack. This does not happen when I charge my Q10 with the save charger and cable.

This same charger and cable was used in the past with no issue.
