Last evening when making a phone call I fumbled my phone and when I caught it I did so by grabbing the phone on the keypad and my thumb pressed a bunch of keys. After that I noticed a new Icon in the upper right hand corner of the call screen. The location of the new icon is higher than the speaker icon and to the left one position or in other words; at a 45deg angle North West of the speaker icon. This new icon looks to be twice the size of the speaker icon. It's a grey rectangle with 5 "+" signs that run diagonally from the upper left corner to lower right corner.

Any ideas what this is and how to get rid of it? I've tried rebooting and that hasn't worked.

The icon is actually the "enhance call audio" icon and specifically "boost base". ATT support was not any help.

while in a call...press the "L" button. This will toggle the 3 different settings, one of them being "off".
