    My Dtek60 is set up so all my contacts are on my Google account. None local. I have pretty much cleaned up my contacts so that I don't have many duplicates.
    When I use voice commands to call someone via Bluetooth in my Ford with Sync3, every time I chose a cell number, it finds 2 identical numbers, which means I either have to look at the screen to pick one, or wait for her to finish her speech to pick one.
    What would cause this, and how do I cure it?

    Have you checked Sync3 for updates or did a reset on it to see if it's the issue and not actually your DTEK60? - https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-...ter-reset.html

    I had to delete my phone on Sync (cleared all the devices) and recreated the pairing... the duplicates went away.

    I did a big update a few months ago with a memory stick. I hate to reset it because I have a lot of favorites. I will try deleting the phones first. thanks.

    Thanks. I tried deleting all my phones on Sync3 and re-pairing the Dtek60. I still have the duplicates. I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and do a master reset.

    Make sure your contacts aren't duplicated....

    I try not to save contacts to the phone. One "email" account is used for personal, one "email" account is for work. But there are "things" that seem to force the phone to save some of those accounts to the phone account too. Which creates a duplicate that Sync3 doesn't know what to do with.... same name, same phone number.

    I got rid of all my contacts except for the Google ones. So my phone is clean. No time right now to write down all my settings, locations, and Sirius stations so I can reset Sync3. So I will live with it till I can.
