I was wondering if any of you Storm2 owners checked to see if your new toy can do bluetooth file transfers. Just checking to see if Verizon was still blocking these as they used to do. Thanks in advance for your answers.

I'm going to bump this because I would also like to know the answer to this question. The wife and I both got S2's, so we could use a file share here and there.

Yes you can transfer files via bluetooth. Just sent some pictures from my computer to my Storm 2 right before this post.

I did it with S1, and I'm doing it right now with S2.

Did you have to install any specific drivers to get it to work? I installed the drivers and everything works via USB, but I tried to pair my PC to my 9550 and they connected, but I cant send any files via bluetooth. It told me some drivers did not install. I can use the Desktop Manager with bluetooth though... I'm running Windows 7 RC.

I did transfers from my phone to my wife's phone with no issues.

Well, I got it working (had to reinstall bluetooth drivers on my laptop) but transfers are extremely slow. It took over 5 minutes to upload an image no more than a few hundred KB, anyone else have this problem?
