I recently lost my Blackberry Bold. I tried calling it but the person whoever found it kept rejecting my phone calls so I decided to call my service provider and asked them to disable my SIM Card. Is there any way I can disable the whole devise to prevent that person from using my phone. I have all the information of my Blackberry Bold(PIN Number, SIM Number, IMEI Number)

Call your carrier and report it stolen, They will take action on the phones info and blacklist it so it can not be used. As for a replacement you will have to have insurance.

you did the right thing with blocking out the sim card, now does rogers have a site you can access from your computer, as you can lock out the device from this.. if not the only other way would be if you had a password on your blackberry
