    Any ideas? I went to the BIS website, see both of my personal accounts on there, they appear to be set up correctly. Resent the service books and both "inboxes" got the confirmation message stating I would be getting emails in 20 minutes.....gave it a full day, still nothing.

    Any other tips or tricks?

    pull out the battery with the phone on for 30 seconds and put it back in. also go to options/advanced options/host routing table hit the menu button then register now

    Make sure you've got the right PIN associated with the email accounts too.

    Neither of those worked. No worries though, found a way to check personal emails thru "browser".

    I had this isse and had to call tmobile. They said I didn't have the correct data plan for the blackberry. They changed it and within a few hours I was able to see the new inboxes on my phone. Live messenger also started working.
