Should come around this month.

Or you can use Sacheshi to force the official update into the phone without having to wait.

This is no leak or anything this is official. So no backup is required

No 10.2 update for me either. Only a little 10.1 update but it still won't let me update. Error every time. Tried with wi-fi, network, even with 4G. Same result.

FED. UP.

And people wonder why BlackBerry's image is so terrible.

I'm also a Globe user. Haven't received any updates yet. Is the update really carrier dependent? If it is and some have received the update a couple of weeks back already, then I'd better call my carrier.
