Yes. The stainless steel frame, was pure business like. Bold encrypted Between then camera and flash. It fit perfectly in the hand. The overall feel of the device. And ofcourse how slim it was (the slimest BlackBerry till date) just makes me love it more and more every time I hold my dad's Bold 9900.

OK it's outdated but so's my fountain pen and I'm still using that

I liked the 9900, but had the 9000 been given a track pad and updated OS it would have been perfect IMO.

Hoping the classic will be able to give the same feel. But doubt it a little because it will be comparatively quite bigger than the Bold 9900

I agree. The Bold 99 had it's problems, but the design is iconic and beautiful in my opinion.

It's what BBRY should be, they just look powerful. I wish they had carried the look over to the Z10 & Z30... The stainless steel sides and nice back etc.

    +1
9700 is the best device which had the perfect h/w and s/w integration among legacy devices. It was a work horse.I never experienced any lag or hour clock in it.

    9900 only had beauty.

Many years later it still looks sleek and sexy. Really it's one of the best hardware out there even today. Hope the Passport comes with similar finish.

It certainly was the most stable but the 9900 is the stunner.

The 9900 had a very iconic design. However, it isn't the thinnest BlackBerry. Believe it or not, the Q10 is thinner and the Z30 is currently the thinnest.

9900 is the way to go..

In indonesia local phone shops sell it at abt $330, while Q10 is $340.

The Bold 9900 is a classy, gorgeous piece of design. I think it's the best-looking phone so far. (Hopefully the Classic 2 will have the 9900's curved keyboard.)

It looked even better with the black trackball. I never took pics of that.

I always hated the bold. That curved keyboard did nothing for me.

    Preferred my cheap 9810
