Hello CB friends,

Since last week i have a big issue on my Q10. I have notice that my ALT button is not working like he has done in the past. Fist i was thinking it had to do with the leaked os i loaded (10.2.1.1055), but i downgraded to the official OS my provider gave me. And still the ALT key is not working correct.

Let me tell what the ALT does and not does.
Normally when you press a key you feel a small click, my ALT key is so strange, when i just toutch gentle the ALT key (so with out pressing it hard) it is activated. .

This means when i just typing on my Q10 and when i need the A it sometimes just type *.

I have try to clean the keyboard by using compressed air to see if maybe dust was under the button, but still problems is there!!!

Are there others here on CB that have this problem on there Q10? Maybe other keys?

Was the device exposed to moisture or a drop? If not maybe it's time for a warranty call to your carrier.
