    My beats by dre headset starts and stops. When I bought it earlier yesterday it was working but later in the evening is stops. When I press play it continues and stop immediately. I have done a hard reset and even tried a test on BBVE and it works but does not work on music player. Even downloaded other players to try it but still no avail.. Dont know what else to do

    Maybe it's the headset itself? The cable?

    It works well on my laptop but when I plug it to my phone, it plays then stops. Maybe I bought a dud headphone.

    It's most probably the headphone jack on your Z30. Try plugging in and rotating the connector several times.
