My experience with unlocked-mobiles If I can give 0 star I would. I have order Blackberry Key2 and paid AUD 790. It arrived in AU with an invoice for AUD 1800. DHL called me and asked for Duties and tax of AUD 295. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the company and get them to admit their responsibility for the amateur mistake and cover the cost I ended up paying the outstanding AUD 295. This company has no number you can call them on. Online chat is just a waste of time as they have no ability to make even a little decision and everything needs to be emailed to another department but no replies or simple playing dumb. Do not waste your time and money with them. They do not deserve any customer and they should be closed down as they are just a bunch of unprofessional amateurs.

I'm confused. Why are you mad at them for you having to pay import fees?

Edit: Oh I see, the invoice was 1800 AUD and anything UNDER 1000AUD should be import fee-free.

Good luck with your case. It is a stupid mistake obviously. Copy the DHL invoice, copy the electronic invoice that was sent to you at completion of payment, or payment confirmation. Those may be needed.
