Sprint to release bold Soon!!(???)
So after going through a multitude of websites  looking for the release dates of The Bold or Storm for CDMA carriers (Sprint, T-Mobile etc). After a while of searching I came across this press release from Blackberry . That Basically states that RIM is currently testing A CDMA version of the phone with SK Telecom to be released at months end, in Korea . Which means its only a matter of time before CDMA carriers (like sprint) get it. Right? . What do you think?
Your saying it but everyone is thinking it

I too am on Sprint and have been trying to find some answers to when the Bold gets to Sprint. The earlier post about upcoming releases from RIM is encouraging for Sprint users: H1/2009. (1st half '09)
That doesn't mean that Sprint will be ready to release it by July, just that RIM plans to have it ready to give to Sprint before July. Then of course Sprint tests it for some more months, upgrades their network to support the massive influx to 3G, etc. We can hope Sprint will be efficient about it, but given their past its likely to be longer than I want to wait.
Maybe if Sprint spent fewer MILLION$ on NFL commercials showing their blabbing CEO giving away free training for grandmothers, or if they weren't buying exclusivity for the NFL Mobile Live application that doesn't even work (truly, the thing doesn't work)... and instead spent that money on R&D to encourage RIM to release something new for Sprint (either BEFORE or at the same time as AT&T or Verizon) then perhaps Sprint wouldn't be in such a financial crisis. People buy new cool phones. See the Crapple phone. See anything new from RIM. See what its done for AT&T and Verizon? Do you see this Mr Blabbing Sprint CEO? How's the Extinct/Instinct working for Sprint? Who has ever gotten excited about a crappy knock-off of a Crapple or a new Palm? If Sprint were to get Javelin first it would boost their sales more than Christmas. *sigh* Sorry for the rant, fellas.
I hope Sprint takes notice and gets something new very soon, or they won't be a top-tier US provider for much longer.
I COMPLETELY AGREE
Sprint has been good to me
Looking at other plans.....although Sprint does not have bold etc.. we do have the best bang for out bucks around.....I will be wait for Bold or whatever Sprints comes out with down the road...I am Happy with my sCurve.
