No pictures as of yet, will try next time I get a chance. Last seen on the 15th March, England.
The 10" playbook was seen in the hands of some one who is definitely not a RIM employee.
Runs a company dealing with high profile clients and mobile phones though around the world.
Disregard this if you want, I would with out pictures but I can guarantee you they are out there, lurking
10" Playbook was in the US not long ago either. Technically a prototype was shown off prior to Thorsten being named CEO. Good to see its crossed the pond too.
I know someone who saw one on a plane, BUT the person who had it was a RIM employee, so it was NOT "in the wild." And this was quite some time ago so the prototype was been around for a while. It is STILL not certain that RIM will ever bring this device to market, BUT it's looks more promising if they are doing external testing.
PS Providing a picture would almost certainly get you a spot on the front page.
It might have been a prototype but it was defiantly bigger then the playbook as we know it.
I'l try my best to get some photos and maybe hardware specs if they are allowed to talk about it next time.
I have seen it. It is marvelous. Slated for late 2012. But I love my seven inch pb. It will have the upgraded processor and an upgraded display. Also will have a sd card input for expansion to keep the models to one at 16gb. Also in the works is a hte 4g model. So the secret is slowly coming out. I have photos. But I can't show then to anyone.
I think my brothers, wifes, best friends next door neighbour, said he might have seen one on a plane to somewhere one time .. not sure tho, I might have heard wrong..
I found this one pic of a new tactical model prototype. Looks like they are teaming up with Glock to put something in the field. Notice how they left the rail on the frame to allow for attachments. Maybe they have some external batteries or something similar in the works for extended deployment.

That would be "handy", but I'm waiting for the 12 gauge PlayBook
