Yesterday afternoon, my 34-year-old son got an early Christmas present. After playing with the Storm and with my Curve, he settled on a Verizon Curve. The "kids" came over last night to go look at Christmas lights. We fitted the car seats, kids and adults into my SUV; in the cramped 3rd-row seat, there he sat the entire time, his face illuminated with the ghostly glow of the BlackBerry. "Dad," he said, I've had this thing for 6 hours now and haven't put it down. I understand why they call it 'CrackBerry!'"

It's over. He's already addicted. Better point him to the rehab thread here. It may be his only hope.
