There have been several instances lately where I've tried to PM or Email a member some info, links, or media, and have not gotten responses. If everyone would follow these steps to receive emails and/or Private Messages, it would help you receive the assistance you're looking for.

First, got to the "User CP" (Control Panel) link near the top of the page, towards the left.

Then click the "Edit Options" link.

Scroll down to "Messaging & Notification"

As you can see, I have mine set up to receive anything from anyone. You can choose any or all of these notifications as you see fit, but the easier it is for other members to reach you, the more help you'll get out of your CrackBerry.com experience.

Just an added note -
If you have the pop-up option enabled, and are viewing a page on CB, it won't appear until you refresh the page.
