Where are themes?

Themes would mean everybody could have what they want.. themes would mean a new market for talented artists to showcase and get credit for their work... Themes could be to BlackBerry what Cases are to the iPhone!

I'd be smitten with the ability to place an icon anywhere on screen and it stays there, like android I guess.
Then I could bring the classic L icon layout back.... lol
