    Hello and Welcome to the forums. It would help to know what device you're trying to update. Are you trying to update OTA or with an autoloader.exe?

    I assume it's Over The Air then? What carrier are you on?

    Been having the same issue for almost a month now. Haven't deleted anything stock apps. Update keeps failing. Z10 on rogers 100-3

    I downloaded the update via BlackBerry Link and also through the BB site,then tried to sync it to my Z10, but the same problem. I'm a little disappointed to say the least.

    Have you tried to contact Rogers directly or go to a store to get help with the problem?
