As usual, I was tapping the Check for update button and it failed couple of times.. (was doing it over wifi) so, can't be network issue. Maybe, BlackBerry servers are going through maintenance and getting ready for the next official release 10.2.1?

There numerous reasons why it's not working (it is for me and probably half the people) could be maintaince, could be a problem could be anything lol.
