So this wifi thing that everyone is having problems with, not being able to connect to BIS, is it a software thing that can be fixed, or a hardware thing that means the phone has to be replaced...?

I mean as long as the actual hardware is functioning then it should be able to be fixed via a software update regardless.

My guess is that it's an issue between the WiFi software, and various router/wifi configurations that they didn't account for. They'll analyze the issue, patch it, and everyone should be okay. Assuming it's not just something that the users aren't configuring correctly.

I wont know til end of next week and I pick mine up.

most likely just user error. New equipment so it could take some time for some people to figure out. If they would only read the manual first.

Well considering I have 2 Storm 2's, both set up exactly the same as of now, and one Wifi will connect to BIS and one wont, I don't think its 100% user error.

    Hoping its software.

Before I activated my Storm2, I jumped onto wifi and I was able to browse the internet. After I activated it, my device wont use wifi through the browser. Only "3g"

This is a **** poor assumption, since no one can get it to work right/consistently. Quit fanboy responses and boosting your post count just to say everyone in the world is wrong and you are right.
