Ive got a BB Bold and its currently just a pay as you go...sucks..

Been looking at who does the cheapest BIS add on to a cheap tariff..

    So far o2 looks best?

    Tariff - 9.79 a month for few hundred min/txts
BIS add on - 10 (Unlimited Email and web)

    So around 20 a month...

I see orange has been quoted at doing BIS at 5 a month...

Orange BIS is 5 per mth on payg. I'd say go with them, plus on sign up they will offer you a free 6mth trial free, saving you 30.
