Some apps will, some apps won't. in 10.3 the notifications are coded to go into the Hub under notifications with a new design that improved to show what, exactly the notification is rather than just the text based stuff we see on 10.2.1. Again, not all will work but some will.
Currently on Z30STA100-2/10.3.0.700 it seems that they have fixed those things. Notification messages come via the combined notification tab in the bar and the apps are running headless

Thx Blaze! For the ones that don't work, is it a limitation of the app or the android runtime? I can only imagine the angst that will get posted here when someone discovers that XYZ app doesn't push notifications into their hub. Hopefully BB can replicate notifications for every android app on their devices just as it would work on an android phone. That's really what they should be striving for now that they are fully relying on Android for consumer apps.
