Plt - my mms go with my text package. Mms is not part of my data. Bbm is the only thing that is part of my data.

Could be a carrier difference. Just for giggles though go into Mobile network Services and turn data off and see if you can still send MMS. I cant. I think Verizon groups it with sms so it counts as a text. I have 400 text/mo but mms doesn't count against it because it is sent over data.
I can't send SMS or MMS without my network on. It looks like they use both text and data. I have unlimited data but I only have 250 text. That is fine because I don't text a lot. My 14 yo niece is the one I message the most and she has a BB so we bbm.
