I've got a friend with an older BB (7100) series on ATT/Cingular who isn't getting text messages promptly--they are typically lagging over 24 hours to arrive, no matter who texts her. Any ideas on a way to help resolve this?
I think the issue may somehow be carrier-related, but I've never run into this with my ATT service. Thanks for your input and guidance!
I would call AT&T and have them send a push to your phone. Tell them to send OTAs and also if possible to remove and add messaging. If you have unlimited it's a good thing. If you have an allotted amount, I wouldn't suggest as this prorates your message allotment.
