I am looking for some advice please - I have a Blackberry Curve 8300 and have had this for over 6-months.
On Friday evening my phone bleped as if a new message was coming in and when i looked i noticed no message but that a new Icon had appeared between my Mail Icon and the Speaker Icon - This is a smiley face with a 1 next to it as if it contains something.
I have never seen this before an cannot open or get rid of it - I have powered down and up again but to no avail. - The only other thing is that today i also received an update? which in effect has duplicated my mail box and placed a second icon next to the original.
