I have on my BB screen a small globe at the top next to my text message icons. It is the same icon as the Media, but it is small and on my homescreen. Does anybody have any idea what this is?

Also, I've erased my e-mail messages from my phone but it still shows 11 e-mails showing on my icon. Don't know what that is about either.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

(BTW, my phone is a Curve 8330 and I have service with Verizon)

the globe thing is a browser message.
check your actual "message folder for the browser messages and those 11 emails you cant find. they should be in there.. emphasis on the "should".

I was able to delete the browser messages but can't find the others, still looking thanks. Rory

try a battery pull, phone on, yank the battery out and replace it in 30 seconds.
