    Hi,
    Need some advice please.
    I have a 9700 on Orange in the UK. My Yahoo email arrives instantly however i have an issue with my webmail.
    It can take between 3-10 mins to arrive.
    The strange thing is my friend uses the same email (also on Orange just with his name being different) and his is instant.
    Also, i put my email address on an t-mobile BB and that also is instant.
    Any help would be appreciated as it is driving me crazy!

    What TYPE of email is your "webmail"?

    POP3 email does not push instantly.

    Are you on a BES?

    If so, you should talk to your IT administrator.

    No, BIS. Funny thing is I just changed it from Exchange to pop and now it is pretty much instant! Weird.
