Hi all!
New to the BB world. Just got my Curve 8300 and still earning the ropes. My emails are taking anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to get to my BB! is this normal? Anything I can do to speed it up?
The salesperson at the store told me to just put in my current email address and password and that would work. I am getting them, just really slow...HELP!!

Sounds about right. That's the bad news. The good news is that when you are away from your PC, you won't notice the delay.

It depends on how the BIS server polls, network traffic, size of email and a number of other things that I don't know about.
