For those of you that use a Slingbox (and own a BlackBerry), the release of the SlingPlayer for the BlackBerry device is highly anticipated. SlingMedia has been very discreet and has not said much in regards to the release date, except that it will come out in 2008. Engadget Mobile reports that the company is doing well in their development of the SlingPlayer for Blackberry. They believe it will be released in the next few months (if not a beta version).
