This isn't the very best of times for RIM. I like Blackberry but objectively I will agree with the argument that RIM needs to wake up fast and do something fantastic. They have been stagnant and stale since late 2008. Business, markets, and stock prices tell the tale for any company. And should be a wake-up call to the guys up in Canada. Strangely though it seems either RIM isn't seeing/getting the message or they are purposely being hardheaded and proceeding as usual.
