Skype and Whatsapp arrive on Blackberry 10

Already known to the forum, but here's an article:

MESSAGING APPLICATIONS Skype and Whatsapp have both arrived on Blackberry 10, just days ahead of the release of the Blackberry Q10 smartphone.

Up until now Blackberry 10 has been somewhat lacking in big name applications, minus games like Angry Birds and social networking apps such as Facebook and Twitter. However, overnight, both Skype and Whatsapp have arrived on the mobile operating system.

Both are available globally, and both are free to download from Blackberry World. We've managed to download both onto our Blackberry Q10 smartphone, though Skype has revealed that its BB10 app that currently is in preview form isn't yet compatible with the Blackberry Z10.

Pandora and Spotify for the diehard App wants !! but I love Nobix RADIO on my Z10 . But your right !!
Then Blackberry should concentrate more on productivity apps unique to Blackberry eg simple display and user easy

WhatsApp has been available for a while, not sure why the author of this article believes it arrived "overnight" with Skype :huh:
