Skype won't let me click anything so I can't even type my user name in. It's just stuck like this. Done the usual like uni stalled and reinstalled. Also opened closed the app etc. Also tried landscape mode. Had anyone had the same problem or know a fix thanks? I need Skype as I use it constantly so this is a big problem for me!

- Go BlackBerry World > My World > Installed > (find Skype) > tap and hold > delete;
- (onde it's gone) hold the top buttom of your device untill it reboots to the BlackBerry loading screen - DO NOT tap reboot on the count down screen;
- Go to BlackBerry World and install Skype again.
See if that does it.

Even after deleting the skype, I am not able to reinstall it both through the BB World and through Android.

OP, try this as I have used this method to delete apps
1. Swipe down
2. Go to settings
3. Go to App Manager
4. Go to Device Monitor
5. Click on the Storage tab
6. Select the app you want to delete and the garbage can icon to delete it.
7. Reboot.
This should work and you should now be able to do a fresh installation of your app from BlackBerry world.
