    Knowing and accepting that it's just going to be an android port, then it's good news.

    If you didn't know it was going to be a port, it would be awful news.

    The skype app is actually quite horrible on Android. You cant actually close it. You can leave the app, close all apps, clear the ram etc, but the skype icon will always remain present in the notification bar.

    You can quit Skype in Android. Just log off and it automatically quits. If u r logged in then its always on.

    Any time you can remove what others would consider a "defenciency" it is good. The "but it doesn't have _______" list just got shorter.
