this is def the funniest post i have read in a while, asking rim for ur money back is like going ito a clothing store with a peice of clothing that no longer fits u and askong for the money back. these phones are no where near outdated, matter a fact i just got my crackberry about a month ago, and just because its not a touch screen does not mean its outdated, thats what the software updates are i beleive, sorry, but by saying that u should be able to ask for ur money back is just plain stupud

I originally thought it was a little harsh banning the OP because of this thread. Then I searched for previous posts from him/her, and realized he/she is immature and rude to be a part of Crackberry.

And to the OP, if the Pearl and Curve are considered outdated because of all the new models that are or will soon be released, why did you bother buying it in April? People knew about these newer models back then, why didn't you?

I will not reveal what was in the posts I deleted, but there were several violations of the terms of service that had to be dealt with.

It does not matter if AR is male or female, that kind of abuse is not tolerated from anybody. The penalty ban is for 7 days.
