    so i have succesfully accesed wifi on my blackberry.. and i was just wanting to make sure, while connected is all broswer/email use free, as in no charges on the phone bill?

    Yep, sure is. Also if a little uma thing comes up replacing the area where signal bars would be means you can make phonecalls over Wifi, with some networks they are 100% free, so you just knock off the normal radio in connections and chat away. Check with your network first though.

    Yes, if you're using WiFi, your data won't be used, so you wont be charged for data usage. However, some apps will not work when you're only using WiFi.

    Does it have to be the wifi only connected, as in turning off mobile network, or can you have both on and not be charged since the wifi is connected. Side note : what's "uma" lol sorry if I sound like a terrible ***** but with this wifi stuff I'm just a little - well, a lot - confused as to what can be charged for data use and what can't with / without wifi. :-)
