We all get there are lapses in uptime, no server can be 100% uptime, but as many times as its been in the past 6 months or so has been ridiculous. Its FAR too many laspes in service when the industry standard/goal is over 99% uptime.
You cant tout the "Best email in the biz" and then have the service down one or 2 days a month. Other phones that dont rely on a NOC have VERY little downtime, only when something weird like Gmail/yahoo goes down since its a direct connection, which is once in a blue moon.Last edited by stuaw11; 03-13-10 at 11:59 AM.

First no, then it was a small localized one, then bigger and bigger. Told them it was well known on CrackBerry, to which they said they aren't affiliated. Doh! I suggested they start looking, so they can be up to speed on their own outages. Knowledge is half the battle.
