Hey, can someone explain what this is exactly? Is it a program that you run on your computer (if so, where can I dl it?) or is it something you run from your phone? I tried searching but can't find the exact answer. Thanks.

Step By Step on Shrink A OS

The basic premise of the program is to allow you to easily
remove unwanted apps from the OS and thereby gain additional
memory. You can remove things like Voice Activated Dialing,
BrickBreaker (which I ALWAYS do), TTY, Push To Talk, unneeded
languages, etc.....

And yes, it must be run from the PC.

Anytime. Oh and one of the neat things is that if you somehow
screw up, it has a Put It Back (undo) function. Pretty neat
and simple to use program.
