    That is how I feel exactly 110%.
    They will always be Research In Motion in my head anyways; after enough years roll by of knowing a company and it's product, it feels wrong to call them by the product. I wasn't thrilled with the name change but it makes sense to upper management at RIM, and they hold the keys.
    Oh yeah, and I won't be calling the notification anything else but the splat. Hmph.

    Considering that Research in Motion's products and services all start with "BlackBerry", this change is only logical. People would even go so far as saying "what took you so long?"
