I go to offer blackberry full touch device for my brother. But I don't know which device I choose. My choice is blackberry z30 and leap. But I don't know which one is best. Help me guys and suggest me now it's good buy blackberry device?

They don't have the same specs. Far from it.
The Z30 is way better looking, has a better processor and GPU. Has an Amoled screen. Has better speakers. Has paratek antenna. Has support for 5Ghz wifi. The leap doesn't even have a sleep magnet (in case you will use it with a holster)
The Z30 beats the leap in every way. Also the Z30 comes the premium earphones.

Now I have passport. It's work like a beast! I love passport. But my brother using android. But after he saw my passport. He's very eager to get blackberry phone. But he don't want keypad. That's why I offer him Z30.

Z30 was BlackBerry's 'premium' glass slate device... The Leap was 'budget' glass slab, bare minimums meant as an attempt to attract business accounts... Not a fan of the slabs, but I think you made the right choice going with the Z30... Z30 is more like the Galaxy S5 of BB10 while the Leap is more like the Galaxy Core Prime...

The Z30 is the better device but you should ask your brother what type of screen he likes better (AMOLED vs LCD). You should also check to see if the Z30 will work on his network, the Z30 supports fewer bands than the Leap.

it may be the Z30 is the better phone but the Leap does not seem like a budget phone to me. I prefer the shape for secure holding if it doesn't have a case on it. haven't had it long yet, but I can say it's a sweet phone, they ALL are, BlackBerry never made a BB10 phone that wasn't great.

I think form factor carries a lot of weight. the squareness and not-so-rounded sides make it secure to pick up and hold. while I will keep my Z30 forever it is just not my favorite, unless I need the extra functionality it has like USB to go and the SUPERB speaker quality.

The Amoled screen on the Z30 is a good one, I think, despite it's low resolution. The subpixel arrangement is not pentile in nature, meaning that every pixel has it own 4 subpixels, unlike Samsung's which share subpixels, bolstering DPI to inflated, inaccurate heights.

I know Z30 is amoled. But I don't know the actual difference between amoled and lcd.

Leap has the better, brighter screen (LCD). Z30 AMOLED will offer better battery life with dark theme...

Z30 has better connectivity options, some of which are missing on the Leap...

If you prefer the charging port on the side: Z30, on the bottom edge: Leap

Leap feels bulkier, and has less refinement. It's a tank..

SIM card swap? Easier with the Leap (opening on side, Z30 back cover).

Still missing bb10 and contemplating buying a passport.

Heard various things regarding bb10 and support from blackberry. Can somebody confirm if BlackBerry is no longer actively developing bb10 and are just doing maintenance? Also, no more bb10 phones?

The fact that you already have a BB10 device means you already know and are enjoying the benefits of a BB10 device. I prefer the Z30, because I have two and one still works. The only way BB10 is a bad investment for your brother is if he listens to negativity and stops using it or never starts. If he wants one, great! He should enjoy it like the rest of us. Share any pros /cons with him that "you've" already experienced. Your version will be a lot milder than some on here. Also, this is about your brother......never a bad investment. Good Luck.
