    He seems to be talking about the look of the website.... most of the complaints have been more about how the store is ran.

    Is interesting that the Q10 and Z10 are no longer listed under smartphone?

    Yeah that's all about the website which isn't the issue. It's people BEHIND the website that's causing the problems.
