I purchased a Z10 from Shop Blackberry in the USA around 9 months ago when I lived in the US.
I have since returned to the UK and require a warranty repair on my phone (its totally dead and will not come back to life with new battery, boot with no battery/ connected to computer, not 'seen' using link or web update site).
Has anyone had experience of procedure for repair when a shop blackberry item needs to be fixed outwith the country of purchase?

Very impressed with customer service!
I phoned Shop Blackberry number in the USA and explained my phones failure after 10 months. I also explained that since purchase I have moved to the UK. Absolutely no problems, they phoned me back within 24 hours and arranged for my phone to be collected from my UK address for repair then returned to me within 1 week repaired.
Thank you Blackberry for your excellent service. I always judge a company on how they deal with problems when they inevitably occur and I certainly have no complaints with this at Shop Blackberry.

I'm glad to hear you had good results with your warranty.

I went through warranty effort with Blackberry as well and overall everything good at the end of it.
