    I am part of an Emergency group and we need to be able to Create and edit contact lists (by one administrator) and have a way to update them on all members BB's (besides making all the individual edits on each BB). Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do this using an email app, Desktop manager or a BB app that might be able to do this?

    If you have the budget for it, a BlackBerry Enterprise Server implementation is one way. In a BES environment, the administrator can control every aspect of your BlackBerry use and push the Address Book database to every user.

    A cheaper solution, if you don't require frequent changes, would be to create the contact database on one BlackBerry, back it up, and restore just the Contacts database on every other BlackBerry. You can do that using Desktop Manager.
