    Every time I open an email from my Entourage (Mac's Outlook), I get the same email right back to my device (some times thrice). Please HELP! Its super annoying. The account is an .edu account and this is NOT a gmail issue.

    It could be that the .edu account is not configured for IMAP it must be configured for it to work. I just went to my IT guys at school and they showed me how.

    Well like you said it's not a problem with your gmail. Unless one of us knows the technicals of your school there really isn't anything any of use can do. The only answer I can give you is what I did. The email needs to be converted to IMAP, then it should work.

    However keep in mind that gmail IMAP is not pushing for some reason.
