I got a replacement BB thru Signal - it's all transferred, and I have service to place/receive calls, and text, but to use the browser, it wants me to either set up new account or log in. Well, I can't remember my password, so I clicked forgot password. It says it will send new one to my device. I have done this probably six times over the last hour and no message shows up. I tried to use my current log in and create a new account, but it says that name is taken, so, I try to get my password again, and again, no message shows up with my password - I hope this makes sense!! Help!!?
